The World Trade Organization has raised its forecast for global merchandise trade growth in 2026 to 3.9 per cent, according to reporting on its latest outlook. It expects goods trade to expand by 4.1 per cent in 2027.
The revised projections reflect changing trade flows and demand, while the services outlook follows a different path.
