Karachi's Arts Council of Pakistan is preparing to host the World Culture Festival from October 29 to November 22. Organisers say around 1,000 international artists from 150 countries will participate, alongside Pakistani performers.
Arts Council President Ahmed Shah outlined the programme at a press conference. According to the announcement, 85 per cent of programmes will have no ticket charge, although registration will be required. Visitors should check the organiser's programme for individual performances and registration arrangements.
